An AI-powered HR recruitment app that streamlines hiring through tone recognition, real-time interview transcription, bias-reducing candidate analysis, and intelligent job matching — designed to replace fragmented HR workflows with a single intuitive companion.







Problem & Vision
Traditional recruitment averages 23 days to fill a single position — buried under 250 resumes per opening, scheduling conflicts, and subjective evaluations. Tuner reimagines this pipeline by embedding AI directly into the recruiter's workflow: from candidate screening through interview analysis to final matching. The goal is not to replace human judgment, but to surface the signal hidden in the noise.
AI-Driven Features
Tuner leverages NLP and sentiment analysis for real-time interview transcription, AI tone recognition that reads beyond verbal responses, and machine-learning-powered candidate ranking across key attributes. A matching algorithm cross-references candidate skills, personality profiles, and career preferences against open roles — reducing unconscious bias while improving retention rates by up to 35%.
Design Approach
Designed in Figma with a clean, information-dense interface that consolidates interview planning, appointment scheduling, transcript highlights, and on-demand job allocation into a single mobile experience. Every screen prioritizes clarity over clutter — addressing the core UX failures of existing HR platforms: poor integration, slow processing, and overwhelming interfaces.
